SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Blush Puppies! We are committed to delivering your paw-some essentials as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during holiday seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Domestic Shipping (Within India): Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders reach their destination within 3-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or message once your order has dispatched, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Blush Puppies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).(NOT APPLICABLE FOR INDIA)
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details carefully before confirming your order.
