Refund policy
At Blush Puppies, every product is curated with love and happy paws in mind.
Since our goodies are used by adorable (but very particular) pups, we keep our return policy simple, safe and fair.
When CAN you request a return?
We’ll happily help if:
- You received the wrong item
- The product arrived damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
Just share clear photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll take it from there.
🚫 What CANNOT be returned?
To keep things hygienic and safe for all pups, we do not accept returns for:
- Treats, food & consumables
- Used or opened products
- Chew toys or hygiene items
- Sale items or Hampers
- Products your pet didn’t like
(We wish we could convince every pup… but they have their own opinions!)
Return conditions
- Product must be unused
- Must be in original packaging with tags
- Request must be raised within 48 hours
Refunds
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be made to your original payment method
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us
Exchanges
- Size exchange (if applicable) is allowed once
- Product must be unused
- Shipping charges may apply
